BIOGRAPHIES

Bart Wilson, Principal, Director

Bart Wilson graduated from the University of Toronto (1996) and the Haileybury School of mines (1995).  He has had considerable experience working in difficult conditions in numerous Latin American countries.  He worked for 2 years in Honduras and Nicaragua where he took a project from an exploration stage pre-feasibility through to a production.  He has completed a number of resource estimates.  Over the last year and a half he has been supervising regional geological evaluation work, stream sediment studies and follow-up studies for companies in Ecuador and Mexico.  His duties for these projects were to organize, manage and perform the stream sediment survey.  He is equipped with all basic geology field equipment including a computer for data collection and report preparation.  He can also write the preliminary technical report.

Dale Schultz, M.Sc., Geo., Principal, Director

Dale Schultz has over 17 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in North and South America. As a geologist working for companies such as Echo Bay, Noranda, Claude Resources, Helmo Gold, Battle Mountain, and Kinross, Dale has conducted exploration from the �grass roots� levels all the way to U/G and open pit mine production. With Helmo Gold, Battle Mountain and Kinross he carried out several mineral resources estimations using polygonal, sectional and Block Modeling estimation techniques. Mr. Dale Schultz has also worked for internationally renowned information technology companies Price Waterhouse Coopers and IBM. He was employed as a G.I.S./Database consultant developing software applications for the Petroleum industry in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As a Sr. consultant with Aurelian Resources and Linear Gold Corp., Dale was the lead geologist for resources estimation programs for the Bonza-Pe�as deposit in Ecuador and the Campamento deposit in Chiapas, Mexico. In both cases he worked closely with Mincon International to ensure the successful completion of each projects. Dale Schultz is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Canada, and all work completed by him is compliant with the 43-101 National Instrument, and consistent with exploration best practices as set out by the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists.

Carson Noel, LL.B./MBA, Director

Carson Noel is a Native of St. John�s, Newfoundland, and graduated from Dalhousie University in 1991 with LL.B./MBA. He as over 12 years professional experience, living and working in South America. Formerly he was Ecuador consultant to Canada�s International Trade Agency and the Canadian Commercial Corporation. He has acted as President and General Manager for several mineral exploration companies and is currently Director of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Mines and Director of the Ecuadorian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
