REQUIREMENTS
Dear Members:
As outlined in last week's luncheon, in order to continue
to grow our Chamber and its services for our Members, we need additional support
on our Membership, Member Services and Commerce Commmittees. Attached
please find a list of our volunteer needs. If you can find the time to
contribute in any one of these areas, it would be greatly appreciated.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
- Social Events Coordinator�SARAH LEE RICHARDSON
- Coordinate all social events: budget, invitations,
etc.
- Annual events: Thanksgiving Day Lobster Dinner
St. Patrick�s Day
- New events: Banff Film Festival
Canada Day Family Picnic
- Joint events: Canadian Embassy
Damas Notre Americanas y Britanicas
Canadian Women Society of Quito.

1.- Trade Mission Coordinator
- Assist the Committee on administrative matters
- Maintain contacts with prospective mission
participants
- International relations or international trade senior
student - bilingual
- 4 hours per week
2.- Trade Show Coordinator
- Assist the trade show consultant in the organization
of trade show
- Maintain the Committee informed about the trade show
developments
- Coordinate the Committee bi-monthly meetings
- 4 hours per week
3.- Special Projects Promoter
- Assist the Committee with contacts in the Quito
Municipality and other Government institutions
- Organize and coordinate meetings with relevant
officials
- 4 hours per week
- Well connected member of our Chamber
